Why Give

Tashi Gephelling is a registered non-profit and the Singapore seat of Bise Rinpoche. We receive no government funding. The shrine is lit, the pujas are performed, and the doors stay open because of the kindness of practitioners like you.

In the Dharma, generosity (dāna) is the first of the perfections — a practice that benefits the giver as much as the receiver. When you give here, you are not paying a fee. You are planting a cause for happiness, and the merit is dedicated, by name, in our prayers.
