The Naga Vase and Incense Smoke Offering is a traditional Tibetan Buddhist ceremony to appease and honour the nagas (serpent spirits) who govern water, earth, and the natural environment.
Disturbances to nagas — through construction, pollution, or karmic causes — can lead to skin diseases, water-related illness, and environmental imbalances. This ritual restores harmony and removes naga-related obstacles.
Recommended for those experiencing:
- Skin conditions, allergies, or unexplained illness
- Recurring water or plumbing problems at home
- Obstacles related to land, property, or construction
- A wish to restore harmony with nature and local spirits
The ritual involves preparing a blessed Naga Vase filled with precious substances, submerging it near water, with smoke offerings and Naga mantras performed by the monks of Tashi Gephelling Buddhist Centre.
